Mission

There is a growing divide between our modern culture and that of the Catholic Church. We want to build new bridges to reconnect these two worlds. We want to achieve this in three ways:

1. By enabling the production of programs and products in which popular culture is connected with underlying Christian and human values.

2. By funding productions that explain the Catholic faith in a creative, accessible way for those that are not familiar with it.

3. By stimulating friendship and dialogue between Catholics and other groups in society. With programs and activities online and offline.

Organization

The Trideo Foundation is a non-profit media organization based in Bennekom, the Netherlands.

The purpose of the foundation is to manufacture, distribute, and promote, as well as to create media productions according to the doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church.

Dutch law applies to our programs and services, and they fall under the jurisdiction of a Dutch judge.

ANBI Status

In 2009, the SQPN Foundation received the status of ANBI (Public Benefit Organization). In 2018, the name changed to The Trideo Foundation (in Dutch: ‘Stichting Trideo’).

Remuneration Policy

The statutory director and priest (pseudo-employee) Roderick Vonhögen works under the mission of the Archbishop of Utrecht.
The remuneration policy follows the financial arrangements of the Archdiocese of Utrecht.
The members of the Supervisory Board do not receive remuneration for their work, but are entitled to reimbursement of expenses made in the exercise of their function within reasonable limits.

Missie

Er is een groeiende kloof tussen onze moderne cultuur en die van de Katholieke Kerk. We willen nieuwe bruggen bouwen om deze twee werelden weer met elkaar te verbinden. We willen dit op drie manieren bereiken:

1. Door de productie van programma’s mogelijk te maken waarin populaire cultuur wordt verbonden met onderliggende christelijke en menselijke waarden.

2. Door producties te financieren die het katholieke geloof op een creatieve, toegankelijke manier uitleggen voor degenen die er niet mee bekend zijn.

3. Door vriendschap en dialoog tussen katholieken en andere groepen in de samenleving te stimuleren. Met programma’s en activiteiten online en offline.

Organisatie

Stichting Trideo is een media-organisatie zonder winstoogmerk gevestigd in Bennekom.

Het doel van de stichting is het vervaardigen van, het distribueren van en het promoten van, alsmede het maken van mediaproducties volgens de leerstellingen van de Rooms-katholieke kerk.

Op onze programma’s en diensten is het Nederlands recht van toepassing; een Nederlandse rechter is bevoegd om uitspraak te doen.

ANBI Status

In 2009 kreeg Stichting SQPN de status van ANBI (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling). In 2018 veranderde de naam in Stichting Trideo.

Beloningsbeleid

De statutair bestuurder en priester (pseudo-werknemer) Roderick Vonhögen werkt onder zending van de aartsbisschop van Utrecht.
Het beloningsbeleid volgt de financiële regelingen van het Aartsbisdom Utrecht.
De leden van de Raad van Toezicht ontvangen geen bezoldiging voor hun werkzaamheden, maar hebben binnen redelijke grenzen recht op vergoeding van onkosten gemaakt in de uitoefening van hun functie.
