Merry Christmas! Writing every day sounds so intense! I'm very glad that I recently discovered your substack. So few people can see that fantasy and faith can go hand in hand so I get nervous to tell people at church that I make comics.
What a beautiful post!! I’m so excited for all your upcoming projects, and I’m glad to join the adventure. Good luck on everything—I pray that God will continue to bless your work and that it will bear much fruit. A happy rest of your Advent, and a blessed and merry Christmas to you! Thank you for all you do.
Writing seven books in one year while launching a daily podcast is genuinelywild. That Advent of Dragons approach, where each chapter gets written without knowing exactly what's coming next, must create some interesting narrative pressure. I've seen similar fundraising tied to creative projects before, and linking chapters to Cato's surgery support is a smart way to add real stakes to the writing prcoess. The countdown framing works well here.

Thank you! I hope you enjoy these last days of Advent and I wish you a merry Christmas as well!
Thank you Father!
Merry Christmas! Hope you get a chance to take a breather at some point over the next couple weeks.
Thanks Steve! It will definitely get a bit calmer after Christmas and New Year's Eve. Going on another writing retreat in January.
